Refund Policy

At Axora Fitness India, all sales are final. Due to the nature of fitness equipment, heavy machinery, and customized gym setup solutions, we do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed, dispatched, or delivered.

If a product develops a genuine manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period, it will be repaired or serviced in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy. In cases where the manufacturer determines that the product cannot be repaired, a replacement may be provided at their discretion.

Please note that refund requests will not be accepted for warranty claims, repair requests, installation delays, change of mind, incorrect product selection, or dissatisfaction after delivery.
